Located at a light one exit north of the Grapevine Mills mall, there is an easy entrance/exit and the prices of gas are better than what you find in the immediate area. Still new and shiny, you will find about 20 pumps and a very clean store. Their grab n go section was stocked on every visit, despite the early hour (usually between 5am-5:30am). There were plenty of hot breakfast options like burritos and breakfast sandwiches and a few grab for later items like fruit, lunchables and similar. The selections of drinks, coffee and Swirl ice cream were extensive- especially the coffee! Not to mention a huge amount of coolers. I can't imagine that you won't find something to tide you over inside; the selection is too varied. During later hours they have more hot items, but they even had hot dogs ready at 5am. Service has been mixed. When there is more than one person working, they are polite but won't ask you if you need help finding anything or how you're doing. There have been a couple of times when there was one woman working by herself and cleaning the store at the same time. I wouldn't call her friendly, but she was definitely efficient as she used both registers to help 4 people really quickly. When heading to work, I appreciate quick over nice. There is a little side exit with some tables if the weather is nice and you want a break from your car. I feel that's a nice touch. I used to work in the area, so I found this a great stop with options prior to 6am. I no longer work nearby, but if I found myself in that area again, I would continue to frequent this spot.

I used $15 to buy more tickets and gave the cashier an additional $100 bill. When I politely clarified which scratcher tickets I wanted, the female employee suddenly walked away, accused me of having an "attitude," and refused to help me any further. Although the conversation was simple, the employee seemed very sensitive and unwilling to communicate clearly, which caused misunderstandings and resulted in extremely poor customer service. Then a male employee came over -- instead of trying to understand the situation, he immediately told me I had a "big ego," humiliating me in front of other customers. The woman told him not to refund me and insisted I had to take the tickets since they were already pulled. Thankfully, the man decided on his own to return my money -- but while doing so, he continued insulting me. As I left, the woman said, "Bro, don't come back again." Before walking out, I gave her a thumbs down and told her that her customer service was terrible. I was shocked, disrespected, and humiliated -- all for simply trying to buy lottery tickets and ask for my change. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If you expect even basic respect, avoid this place。
