I used $15 to buy more tickets and gave the cashier an additional $100 bill. When I politely clarified which scratcher tickets I wanted, the female employee suddenly walked away, accused me of having an "attitude," and refused to help me any further. Although the conversation was simple, the employee seemed very sensitive and unwilling to communicate clearly, which caused misunderstandings and resulted in extremely poor customer service. Then a male employee came over -- instead of trying to understand the situation, he immediately told me I had a "big ego," humiliating me in front of other customers. The woman told him not to refund me and insisted I had to take the tickets since they were already pulled. Thankfully, the man decided on his own to return my money -- but while doing so, he continued insulting me. As I left, the woman said, "Bro, don't come back again." Before walking out, I gave her a thumbs down and told her that her customer service was terrible. I was shocked, disrespected, and humiliated -- all for simply trying to buy lottery tickets and ask for my change. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. AIR PUMP IS OUT OF ORDER. WILL MAKE A LOW TIRE FLAT. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE…read more I came to this Exxon/Tiger Mart because it is close to home, and I had a low tire that needed air. I purchased drinks and asked for change inside the store since the air pump was quarters only. Once I paid for the air and started trying to fill up my tire I realized the pump had a leak in it and didn't fill my tire AT ALL. it actually let all the air out. My tire went from 24 PSI to 2 PSI. When I went in to let the manager know and ask if anyone in the store would happen to have a portable air pump, he told me that's a tough situation and admitted that he knew the pump had been leaking for a while. PUT UP A SIGN. I had to ask a complete stranger for a ride to buy an air pump because at that point I was stranded! This all could've been avoided with an OUT OF ORDER SIGN. I told him he should put one up as it is misleading and bad business, but when I finally was able to come back to my car over 30 minutes later, of course there is nothing there.
