Not bad. Stopped in to grab a red bull or three and noticed that they had a growler station which impressed me. As a side note, the reason I even pulled in is because the name reminded me of that George Jones song. (The One I Loved Back Then)

Good food to go or eat inside on several tables. Not just a gas station. Worth stopping.

They sell knock off vapes, go across the street. Save your money. The owner is argumentative and cheap. How are they in business?

MAPCO - Disgusting Mapco bathroom near Vanderbilt hospitals

The only reason this mapco has ANY business, is strictly its location. There is no excuse on part…read moreof this location's OWNER, that this bathroom is in such a disgusting state where it's very clearly not being cleaned AT ALL. There's no actual soap dispenser, just a hand sanitizer dispenser... and it was empty. I didn't get a picture of it, but the baby changing station was covered in grease, and I think it was broken. There was "questionable" fluids on the floor in front of the toilet that I honestly didn't want to get close enough to get a decent photo of, and risk dropping my phone in it... because it looked like a specific kind of bodily fluid, especially the way in which it's patterned on the floor and visually. I didn't get photos inside the store area itself because I wanted to respect the privacy of other people shopping there (purely from lack of alternative options, NOT because of it being a good place to go), but the main store area wasn't much better, but at least I didn't distinctly notice anyone's bodily fluids while checking out (only because despite the bathroom being horrid, I'm still not using someone's restroom without being a paying customer). Next to the checkout, there was a mop bucket and two wet-floor signs, and a mop bucket full of completely nasty muddy water that they had been continuing to use to "mop" the floor with, and a semi-damp mop out of the bucket that smelled and looked like they have never changed it or cleaned it. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, it's not my preferred thing to ever have to do... but whoever owns this store should be ashamed. They need to make sure that they actually hire enough people to work each shift, to keep up with the large volume of sales, but also CLEAN IT, and have the proper supplies to do so. It's shady to profit on such a high-value location because of the hospitals and college scenes, and then have an absolute bio-hazard of a store inside. Side note: this is the men's room, because the women's bathroom was blocked. I'm assuming it's because the door someone else mentioned that didn't lock... otherwise it's because the two men working there didn't care. Am by working, I mean one was ringing up customers while the other guy just kindof stood there.

Down and up the road are two other stores, convinced for the owner only. This is awful. What the employee with the blue hair told me When I told her politely the bathroom was out of toilet paper and that the previous person flushed the hand paper towel down the toilet and I managed to flush it but it was about to get clogged if they didn't refill the paper she replied with the ain't mine don't care attitude and continue to eat her food. It'll be her problem when she has to use it and she can't. Same with you who pays for gas, grad a couple of snacks and drinks and the "convenient store" isn't convenient anymore... uff what if that food didn't settled well and can't hold it to you get home and need some of this ... I bet you won't stop here as your rescue place anymore... I'm glad this was not my scenario but what if it was! Boy, would the CareNow next door take me as a patient? ... Anyway, now you know. Time is ticking. Choose wisely.

It was flagged as a BP on Waze, but it ended up being a MAPCO. I learned while in Nashville that many BP gas stations changed to MAPCO. This gas station did have the same feel as a BP station. It also has a similar rewards program and app. I didn't bother signing up for the rewards because I was only here for a couple of weeks and it didn't seem like a national gas station. Gas prices at this MAPCO seemed lower than those by the airport. I was pleased. I paid at the gas pump. Similar to BP, when you insert a Canadian credit card into the payment kiosk, you are not prompted for a ZIP code, which can be a pain. Yay! It was a smooth gas fill-up here. The gas pump area was clean. No complaints. This gas station has a large convenience store. I didn't go inside, but it was pretty busy for the middle of the afternoon. If I'm ever in this area and need gas for my car, I'd return here. (307)
