The only reason this mapco has ANY business, is strictly its location. There is no excuse on part of this location's OWNER, that this bathroom is in such a disgusting state where it's very clearly not being cleaned AT ALL. There's no actual soap dispenser, just a hand sanitizer dispenser... and it was empty. I didn't get a picture of it, but the baby changing station was covered in grease, and I think it was broken. There was "questionable" fluids on the floor in front of the toilet that I honestly didn't want to get close enough to get a decent photo of, and risk dropping my phone in it... because it looked like a specific kind of bodily fluid, especially the way in which it's patterned on the floor and visually. I didn't get photos inside the store area itself because I wanted to respect the privacy of other people shopping there (purely from lack of alternative options, NOT because of it being a good place to go), but the main store area wasn't much better, but at least I didn't distinctly notice anyone's bodily fluids while checking out (only because despite the bathroom being horrid, I'm still not using someone's restroom without being a paying customer). Next to the checkout, there was a mop bucket and two wet-floor signs, and a mop bucket full of completely nasty muddy water that they had been continuing to use to "mop" the floor with, and a semi-damp mop out of the bucket that smelled and looked like they have never changed it or cleaned it. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, it's not my preferred thing to ever have to do... but whoever owns this store should be ashamed. They need to make sure that they actually hire enough people to work each shift, to keep up with the large volume of sales, but also CLEAN IT, and have the proper supplies to do so. It's shady to profit on such a high-value location because of the hospitals and college scenes, and then have an absolute bio-hazard of a store inside. Side note: this is the men's room, because the women's bathroom was blocked. I'm assuming it's because the door someone else mentioned that didn't lock... otherwise it's because the two men working there didn't care. Bathrooms are consistently out of order they had 3 employees on duty tonight and I asked about the restrooms being closed for 2 weeks or 14 days they said they are having sewage backup problems and unknown when it will be fixed I'm like no problem I just can't shop here read more

Easy in, easy out, the price is usually pretty dang good. I would highly recommend. They have minimal pumps but it's a super tiny lot. I believe we paid at the pump, so I don't know about the counters, the space inside, bathrooms (if avail), etc. For us it was convenient and the price was good so we would overall recommend. read more

2013/020 1st/004 I've been on a recent winning streak with a single lottery ticket, getting back either the price I paid for it, or a dollar more. The superstitious part of me already knows I'm jinxing myself by writing about it; the helpful part of me is using the opportunity to use each lottery "win" by spending that dollar "won" on a different gas station that sells tickets. The lottery tickets here are hard to find. It's actually in the back of the store, in a little hallway away from the merchandise. There is also a Quizno's within this store, which I found odd. They have the usual food stuff you'd find at a convenience store that's attached to a gas station. Clerk was very nice. Also, the parking seems bad, with having to deal with traffic at the intersection of 21st and Wedgewood. read more

I go to college at Cumberland University so money is tight I was making my way home thinking I had enough gas to get home and get some money for gas well I was wrong. I stopped at this gas station and had some change and knew I only needed a little bit to make it home. I asked a nearby customer if he could spare one dollar so I can put it in my tank for one gallon he said no problem and offered to put 5 in my tank I thanked him for his and he went inside to pay for it the cashier told him he couldn't do it and kicked me off the property and even threatened to call the cops on me all because I was "soliciting " I understand this is a big problem but all I asked for was a dollar and I had no gas I ended up driving to the nearest gas station (shell) and paid the 1.50 I had for gas and the cashier paid and maid it 5 dollars. I'll never go to a mapco again read more

Great selection of snacks and drinks. Great customer service. If you need gas it is a bit pricey.. but it's understandable because it's downtown nashville. once again. Great store. Great people. Very well maintained. And good management across the board. read more

This gas station is pricey as they raise the per gallon because it is right next to the Vanderbilt medical center. It is sometimes hard to get into the gas station when it is rush hour as the road going into 21st only has one lane on each side. The inside is all right. They have they typical gas station snacks and hot foods. The liquor here is beer only I believe but reasonably priced read more

This gas station is a smaller one located behind the Exxon on Murphy road. You can access this one stop shop if traveling west on West End Ave. They offer a large assortment of drinks and snacks but it's as nice as the Exxon. The workers are fantastic in there. The negative part of this location would have to be the low number of gas pumps. Also, east access from 440 read more

DO NOT BUY JUUL PODS FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The JUUL pods are defective and a complete waste of money. I will never be returning to this convenience store, and I am extremely disappointed and angry and would like to get a refund or boycott MapCo JUUL products. read more

Never ceases to amaze me when you encounter poor customer service that could have been so easily avoided. This incident took place at the MAPCO at 21st Ave and Children's Way near Vanderbilt Hospital. I sat my items down on the counter to purchase. Said hello to the clerk, but she just stared never speaking. Then she rang up the drink items, but the total she said was much more than was listed on the shelf in the cooler. When I told her that the sign said "2 for $2.50", she said no, that's not right. So we walked over the cooler, and there was the "2 for $2.50" sign. It didn't specify which brand or type of drink. She said that it wasn't for the drinks that were right behind the sign. I said, "I see. Will you honor this sale since you can see it clearly states 2 for $2.50?" She took a very unkind tone and said she can't help it if people mislable things. Maybe if she had at least greeted me kindly, or apologized for their mistake of putting the wrong sign on the drink I was going to purhcase. I said "really? You don't think you should honor this?" She was getting very agitated and just it wasn't her fualt that people mislabel things. Never ceases to amaze me. I guess I'll stick with Twice Daily where they greet you with a kind hello everyt time you walk throught the door and they act like they genuinely care that you are in their store. Jeff H read more
