Bad service. They were out of unleaded gas & several people were trying to put gas in their car. They had to figure out on their own that the station was out of gas. I went in & they said they would NOT place signs saying "Out of gas" Not sure why but it wasted my time Also, they used to take Dillons fuel points, but said recently they no longer will. Twice in the last 30 days I have tried to purchase a posted special,in two different stores and neither were honored. The first instance was at the Haven Kansas location. There was a display with a sign that indicated that you got a free drink with the purchase of a snickers bar. When it rang up it did not calculate the difference. I was told I could return the snickers bar, that I had pulled off of the signed display right next to the cashier for a refund or pay full price. In that instance I kept the snickers bar. This morning at the maize Kansas location there was a sign on the fountain drink machine that indicated a free drink with the purchase of a package of Cheezit cheese puff between 2-4.5 oz I verified the product that I chose with the cashier before purchase. We looked at the sign together. It was not reflected in the price when it rang up and the only option I was presented with was to not purchase the Cheezits or pay full price. I declined the purchase. The cashier suggested that I had somehow chosen a purchase that did not qualify, despite the fact that we verified the choice together. She indicated that the problem was not her responsibility read more

I go to get gas and I put in my card to pay, it ask me if I want a car wash. I push NO, and then I am asked what kind of car wash I want. I do not want a car wash, so I have to go inside and stand in line to pay for gas, I pay 50, I come out and my car only took 40, so I have to go back in and I am in a hurry since I have only 15 minutes to go get my child out of daycare, there are 3 people in front of me again, I wait for a bit, I told the lady I needed money back, she proceeded to tell me how rude I was and I made her lose a sale. She would never tell me why her gas pump was trying to force me to buy a car wash. I will never go back there. I will sign up for quick trip rewards program. They always have more than one person working and you don't have to deal with the car wash. read more

You can tell they are going down hill since being bought from Dillons. It won't be long until they are a typical convenience store. They cannot do cash transactions because they can't make change for $50. QT will run them out of town soon. read more

I had the same pay-at-the-pump issue as others and had to go in. I don't know what's wrong with the diesel pump at #9, but it took 15 minutes to pump 20 gallons of fuel. I hope it wasn't sucking off the bottom of the tank. read more

Tried to pay at pump. According to the display my charge was declined and so I couldn't fill up with gas. Fortunately my card app immediately shows declines and allows you to state they are good charges. Instead of my card showing a decline they showed a $100 charge???? Way to go KwikShop. Disputing charges now. read more

Awful gas station: bathrooms are disgusting, selection is gross and worst of all there are five employees working and only one person at the register while they were eight people in line and to top it off the lady next to me didn't know how to park because she was too busy scratching off lotto tickets and had to take up one and a half spaces. Zero smiles from any of the 5 useless employees and no customer service skills from register clerk. read more

This quick shop is completely fine, there's nothing wrong with it at all. But I do have to say, especially for being in this part of town, it feels rather old and dirty, while filling up my car with gas I had planned to go inside to get a soda, but just judging from how the store looked through the windows I decided against it(I am pretty picky though, if the place looks dirty from through the windows, I won't even give it a chance sometimes, but why should I when it looks dirty through their own windows?). This place needs a remodel for sure, including the old outside pumps. read more

Printer for gas receipt ink didn't fill in my wash code completely. I'm in the car wash line - input my best guess and it doesn't work. I press call attendant. Doesn't work. Try multiple times then I call the store. Man who answers phone says I have to come around lose my place in line so he can print me another code. I ask him to just give me a code. He refuses and says he's with a customer. What am I????? Poor customer service. Find someplace else to buy! read more
