I've reviewed so many KTs that I'm kind of running out of things to say because they're all pretty much the same. There's the occasional one that falls above or below the average, but they are more or less all pretty reliable. The most notable thing about this Kwik Trip is that instead of having a single-use bathroom there are two stalls, but they are more private than average - actual walls for separation and heavy doors that go almost from floor to ceiling. I can't speak for anything about the inside of the store. I am disabled and mobility in and out of the car is difficult. What I am rating is the customer service I receive from this business. The first time I asked for this special service I was very reluctant because I don't like to ask for "special treatment" because of a disability sticker in my window. But I pulled up to the pump and called them on the phone to ask if someone could pump gas for me due to a disability. I was nervous that this request would not be received well. They proved me wrong. They were very courteous and in no way did they make me feel like I was imposing on them. They were very polite while providing this extra full service. I will always appreciate that they are so professional and kind. I now go there every time I need a fill up. Their gas prices are also right in line with other stations.
