A couple months later after putting in 10quarts of oil in between changes, we find out there was a recall on the engine. We purchased the insurance and warranty on the engine and drivetrain. After having the vehicle looked at by an authorized dealer, the repair costs were several thousand $ beyond what the warranty would cover... Enter heroes without capes: Hayes Family Auto. Brad took the time to make some calls and found out what he could do to help make sure the repairs got done and much closer to the budget. We were able to pay extra for small fine tuning and parts that made sense to change while the engine was open. We now have a vehicle that is far better than what we initially bought. I live over an hour away. I took it to my local gm dealer and they confirmed the transmission is bad and needed to be replaced. We confirmed this all within 4 days of my buying the vehicle. I called Zac, my sales guy, and he got in it right away. He got his manager Chad involved, and together they took full ownership of the problem immediately, and worked diligently to quickly get my issue resolved. So much so that upon discovering that the transmission shop they prefer to use has a three week wait period on it, that they just hired my local GM dealership to handle it all and paid them directly. It was not cheap, and unfortunately it's unlikely that their dealership made any money on this sale, in fact they probably lost money, but they certainly did take care of me, the customer, and as a result they won my trust and I absolutely 100% for sure would buy from Zac and Holiday again. Things go wrong sometimes, but they handled it perfectly. Above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. They earned all 5 stars in this review.

The trucks were in great shape - brought in from Arizona, and you could tell. Not a spot of rust anywhere. Clean as a whistle. The time came for my brother come see them in person and it didn't take long. We dealt with Jacob - also super friendly - and after a quick test drive, it was a done deal. About 20 minutes of paperwork and you're out. I'm impressed. That's the most I've ever trusted a car dealer, and I appreciated their honesty. Pricing there is pretty firm - they price to sell and aim for volume sales. You can try to dicker - we didn't, mostly because the truck was already nicely priced. I struck out trying to get Jacob to throw in their Corvette as a "finder's fee". Ah well. :) Next time I'm in need of a vehicle, I'll certainly check them out. I'd recommend others do the same!

A previous fix by someone else had broken a drain plug on my back end so K&J welded a bolt onto the broken piece, replaced the rounded off bolts, and replaced just the leaking panel. They are never defeated and are into saving the customer money with an effective cheap fix.
