Long John with Snow White Icing and Sprinkles: Kwik Trip is a convenience store/gas station chain located primarily in the upper Mid-West. It was founded in 1965 in my home state of WI, specifically, Eau Claire (have fun pronouncing that all you non-Wisconsinites). A Long John is a yeast/raised doughnut that is typically iced and sometimes filled with custard, cream, or some other filling. The term is primarily utilized in the Midwest, Texas, and Canada. Other parts of the U.S. refer to Long Johns as Bar Doughnuts, Finger Doughnut, or Cream Stick (that one sounds kind of dirty). The variety I have from Kwik Trip has vanilla icing and a paltry amount of sprinkles. This was an average doughnut in every way. My biggest complaints are it clearly needs more sprinkles and personally, I feel the icing could also have been more copious to cover more of the surface area. Just okay. OMG, I don't know where to start. Ok the bathrooms were extremely dirty like poo on the floor! Not kidding! I try to grab a Kool-aid when I open the door to grab it, it's starts balling like it's about to call the cops on me! Then I go to get coffee completely out!! no cream! no SUGAR! Then I go to grab a candy bar! There's NONE, GONE! I get up to pay for what little things I had (1 bag of cheetos) Some lady's car breaks down! in the parking lot so all the employee's go to help her. Beware of the car wash. Paid and door would not open The guy in front of us went in and backed up and went forward(he got our wash)- paid again cause the line was so long! no way to get out! Went inside to talk with staff-rude-had to go out to get card and when I came back in they said they gave me a refund. Only to notice a few days later-refunded to wrong card number. 1 hour on customer service and hopefully I will get a refund. What a joke! read more

I was so excited to come here and redeem some coupons from the app. Specifically the one for savings on a car wash. This has to be the only Kwik Trip I have ever visited that does not have a car wash!!! And it's plenty big - I was just so surprised. Hence the -1 star. In terms of KTs, the interior is on the larger side and seems pretty new. Great selection of hot food, the Fresh Blends and For Realz machines were very clean and in working order. The condiment bar was fully and freshly stocked and cleaned. I felt plenty safe purchasing food for consumption in regard to COVID-19 and, as I saw an employee stocking and cleaning the condiment bar, I made sure to load my cheeseburger up as well. There were plentiful employees so there was not a line to check out. The employee was the usual KT friendly and delightfully surprised by expertise in the deals. My friend was equally impressed - this was her first time at a Kwik Trip (and it was $1 cheeseburger day) and I'm sure she will return! I'd stop by if in the area because it's KT. Like most Kwik Trips, this location is handy, large, offers a wide variety of products (besides fuel, lots of coffee, pastries, sandwiches, grocery necessities on the road, and a cooler full of beer, soda, milk, fruit juices and just about anything a road warrior could want. Speaking of fuel, they offer the usual Top Tier regular, premium and E-85 and over in the truck plaza, those of you with large trucks will find Diesel #2, Premium Diesel #2 and exhaust fluid. It's not as convenient to I-41/94 as the other two Oak Creek locations, however, it's a lot less congested and worth the extra few blocks off the I-road to not hassle with the traffic on Ryan Road. It's a few blocks east of Ikea, which makes a pretty good landmark for navigation purposes. read more

Dirtiest KwikTrip I've ever visited. KwikTrip is my preferred gas station but this location was a disappointment. I visited 05/05/23 They had the dirtiest restrooms; toilet paper all over the floor, smelled terrible and let's not even talk about the toilets. I stopped to get coffee in the evening and I couldn't help to notice how dirty EVERYTHING was. I didn't even feel confortable grabbing ice for an iced coffee because I could only imagine how long it had been since that thing had been cleaned inside. They were out of chilled creamers, the trash cans were filled to the top and I ended up just tossing my drink and grabbing something else instead. Kwik Trip is now my gas station of choice! Yes it has gas but it's the little extras that have really earned my loyalty! Coffee selections are the best in town and their bakery is why I'm failing my diet! Hot food: the chicken strips are hot and fresh . Sandwiches, pizza and others are ready to go. Packed with customers many not wearing masks properly and three in particular not wearing masks at all. One of the three had a runny nose and kept wiping his hands on his nose and they all were at food self service areas and eating in line and walking around talking and eating. I asked them to put masks on so they taunted me and the sales clerk smiled with them at my expense. I asked another worker to please enforce the law and their signs and common sense but he refused saying it's official company policy to let people not wear masks and mock those of us who are high risk. I even got a sarcastic "we're all doing what we can." This is a terrible irresponsible place. This was written as a new death record is set and a record number of new cases is reported in this state and this county. This company doesn't care if customers or workers die. read more

I was so excited to go in a get my bosco sticks and use the restroom. I walk in there and so ZERO bosco sticks let alone a sign for them. Ridiculous if you ask me. The restrooms were closed and nobody was actually in there cleaning them. read more

You all know I love my Kwik Trip! Great coffee, lots of food items and the KT rewards save you money on gas and items you frequently buy. This location is close to a hotel I frequently stay in while traveling for work, so I stop for coffee and gas pretty often. This location is always super busy which is typical for many locations. The reason for only three stars is because some of the people that work there are a little snarky and I'm not used to that at KT. read more

What a damn joke. Stopped by after work/on my way home, to get gas. First pump I went to was not recognizing credit cards put into it. I could see from outside that it'd be quite a wait to pay if I went inside to pay, so I moved to another pump. That pump accepted my card, but wouldn't pump any gas at all. Took another 30 seconds of pressing 'cancel' to get the damn thing to cancel my transaction so I could drive away. Will never even attempt to get gas here again. I will however be back for the free air for my tires. read more

I love a Kwik Trip stop and frequent locations across Southeastern Wisconsin. I'm sharing this review because it was surprising to visit a store that was so subpar to the others. My family stopped by this Oak Creek store on Saturday morning for cash, coffee and breakfast sandwiches for our trip to IL. The store was packed with travelers with the same idea. Issues: 1. Out of coffee: One out of all of the coffee pots was full- customers were waiting in line to use the self serve coffee stations. 2. Hot food: We were surprised to see such a limited selection of breakfast and lunch sandwiches in the warmer. There were two selections for breakfast sandwiches and three lunch sandwiches. There was also a line of people waiting for these too. 3. Check out: Only one cashier was working the register. The line was never less than 8 people the whole time we were there. Other Kwik Trip locations are usually super clean and well stocked, with lots of helpful employees so we were surprised by the negative experience at this store. read more
