The difference with Carl is that I know I can trust him and count on things to be done right and on time (but just like anyone else, it helps to provide proper records/docs in advance of IRS and state deadlines). It would be a lot harder to invest in real estate without Carl's expertise. This includes dealing with returns for LLCs (K1s), depreciation of properties, as well as repairs and renovations. He's a great sounding board and advisor as well, and I highly recommend you contact him if you need a CPA (and most people do), especially if you're based in Virginia and own real estate.
