I contacted the owner, Bob to handle 'construction' cleaning on my recently renovated condo in…read morePoipu. We made an appointment for the next day for him to come by and give me an estimate. We met and I explained what I wanted done. I expressed my biggest concern was all the dust from Sheetrock work that was everywhere. He said not to worry, explained their rate of $32 per hour, per person cleaning. He estimated my job to take two girls 5 hours and quoted me $320 for the work. I explained to him that this is a vacation rental property and I have a guest checking in on Saturday, so it needs to be done by Friday. They came out 2 days later on the Friday. Saturday I received a call from my property manager saying she inspected the unit and found several major issues. The windows were still very dusty, counters had sheet rock dust on them still in areas, the floors in the bathrooms had sheet rock dust in the seams and corners, there was dust still on several light fixtures... I can go on. She sent both myself and Bob several pictures and explained to me that since we have guests checking in at 3pm, and it's 10am now, she was stuck sending her cleaners in to cleanup everything they missed. I called Bob and he sent a supervisor over a few hours later. By that point the other cleaners had already been working on the unit for over two hours. Apparently his supervisor told Bob that it looked good (duh, my cleaners already fixed most of what they missed) and Bob proceeded to tell me that my cleaners told them it was all minor and no big deal. I spoke to my property manager and the cleaner and both said the same thing to me... They did clean but did a half ass job and missed quite a bit. They were both surprised at how bad it was left by them. I recontacted Bob and he just said the same thing he said before. He stands by his cleaners and their work- despite the pictures. He said he'd relook into it and call me back. He never did call back the second time. I followed up with an email a few days later and requested 25% off. I thought that was more than reasonable considering I had to hire another team come in after them to reclean and essentially have the same job done twice. I was told, if it will make me happy I can take 10% off the bill. Seriously? 10%? That's so nice! What would have made me happy is them doing the job correctly, the first time and not having to deal with all this. I know there's not a lot of options in Kauai, but you can find better.

Bob the owner personally came to our house to give us aN invoice…read moreon a full service cleaning and quoted us $192 for a 700 sq ft house and $90 for the two 10x10 carpets, sounds fair right???.... Wrong! We received a call after 4 hrs of work telling us they needed another hour at an additional $32 or we could do it ourselves. Umm ok I'm not paying someone to clean the house to scrub myself so I authorized e extra hour. We came back to the house after they had "finished" and to our disapproval NOTHING had been done!!!!!!!! Dust on the walls, dust on the tops of the fans, hair bands still in the drawers, stove wasn't even touched. Everything they promised cleaned was not delivered. To add insult to injury we had the property manager lined up to come right after the cleaning assuming it would be done properly. To her disapproval we will now have to have the whole thing cleaned again at the expense of our security deposit. Three days later the invoice of $192+$90 magically added up to a new invoice of $660 DOLLARS So basically we are paying twice because they didn't do it properly the first time.The charge was placed without our approval. I called and the receptionist claimed I was the first to ever complain...my eye! Look at Yelp read the reviews don't get scammed!!! Bob Bartolo is not to be trusted.

They are friendly and professional, we have not had any questionable situations or trust issues with them either which is very important to us due to the amount of confidential information they have access to. You can tell they put their heart into what they do and go above and beyond. Our bathrooms have never smelled so good, our office doesn't just look clean but it feels cleaner and smells cleaner. They don't cut corners and just are awesome. I highly recommend contacting them if you have any questions with your current cleaning services.
