I was told that I needed to speak to…read moreDonna who was at lunch but she would be given the message to call me & would be back at 12:30. At 4:38 pm we get a call from Donna (that was SOME lunch!) She was snippy from the get go (apparently she needed a 5 Hour Energy to prevent afternoon crankiness!) she said she could take our info but sincerity was almost 5:00 there was nothing she could do until tomorrow. Well had ya called at 12:30 like you were supposed to we wouldn't be having this conversation! Then she said they do not pull DMV records until they are almost 100% sure of the sale. How can you provide an accurate quote if you don't pull the records? If you tell us it's going to cost us $500 and we say yes and you pull the records then say its going to be $3000 we are not going to do it! Donna continued to be rude throughout the phone call. So eventually my husband just told her he didn't like her attitude & we were not interested in doing business with Riley. I guess if you want rude customer service & not accurate quotes this will be the place. If you want good service I'd go elsewhere!

A few weeks after I start construction on the outside of my home and pI get a notice sent to me at the wrong address, not even the address they are insuring saying they are canceling me. My agent somehow missed the requests from underwriting and asked me to send photos of which I did. She then told me everything was good to go, then I get a cancelation notice. Not to mentioned I have asked her 5 times to help me with something on my car insurance policy. My family and I have been with AAA for years and it's too bad that lack of her due diligence she lost us as customers. Dee Turcotte clearly has too much on her plate to make sure I am getting the service I need. Buyer be aware it's been a painful experience.
