I interviewed many of the schools in town and asked, "What makes you unique from the other schools?"For many it was pretty much the same mundane answer. "We have been around a long time." For many people that answer would be good enough but for me I needed to be part of a school that got excited about teaching even if it's a short course. I was not looking to be just another number in their book.My continued research lead me to Magnolia School of Real Estate . I spoke with Michelle on the phone and she invited me to meet in person (she drove all the way to Sarasota from port Charlotte) I was immediately struck by her down to earth , humble and warm demeanour. She patiently explained the class curriculum ,test dates, the schedule and what it would take to pass the exams. (It does require studying ) At the end of our conversation I asked her the same question, "What makes you unique?" here was her answer paraphrased." I love my job!!! I am passionate about helping each student succeed and pass the test so they may have the opportunity to find a career and financial freedom to take care of themselves and family." Seriously who says that ? I signed up that same day. In the classroom Michelle is energetic engaging, passionate and funny. She spends time with each student encouraging and providing any support they may need to feel comfortable about the material being taught. She fosters an environment that allows each student to connect with each other , to form study groups and feel confident in their ability to pass the test. I can now see why she has a very high pass rate in all her classes! Michelle is some kind of wonderful, a gift to all who passes through her door. I passed the state exam on my first attempt, and I truly credit this course for that success. Michelle has a gift for teaching adults and keeps you engaged from start to finish. The material is presented in a way that really sticks. I completed all the practice exams, reviewed areas where I needed extra help, and felt fully prepared going into the exam. I also loved that the course was self-paced. From purchase to exam, it took me around two weeks. Corena, who is a phone call or email away if you have questions is wonderful and responsive. My son has been going here for 2 years now and loves it. We love the teachers, love the owners Janis and Carri and couldn't say enough about what a blessing this place is. Christian owners, clean environment, they encourage good behavior with the kids and reward them for doing the right thing. Lots of educational activities, my son has learned so much here and I love knowing he is safe, loved and well cared for when I'm at work.

Make that 10 stars! I have been wanting to fly on the trapeze since seeing my first circus at 5…read moreyears old and being completely enamored with the trapeze act. The trapeze artists would glide through the air so gracefully and made it look almost effortless. Over 2 decades later, I found out just how much strength, skill and endurance it takes to fly on the trapeze at the Flying Trapeze Academy. I was lucky enough to have Tito Gaona himself instruct me along with his wife, Renata. She was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole session which was great considering I am somewhat afraid of heights. Tito is an amazing teacher, he knows exactly what you need to do and when so if you listen closely to his instructions you'll be flying in no time. This experience with Tito and his team, without a doubt, ranks up there as one of the most amazing experiences of my life! If you have ever wanted to fly on the trapeze visit Tito and his team you wont be disappointed! I know I will definitely be visiting again next time I am in Florida!
