Found this place using Google. Visited this place Friday 10/17 after 330pm. Didn't have an appt…read morescheduled. Walked in and there were only 2 customers and 2 or 3 employees working. The place was pretty much empty. They asked me what I wanted and told me to wait. After a couple minutes the guy working on some nails spoke with another female employee and she told me they were booked for the rest of the day. They didnt bother making a suggestion of another salon or apologizing. Still not sure why they didnt say anything up front instead of making me wait. I also should've noticed the small amount of reviews on google and their responses to some of those customers before booking.

She was finishing up with somebody and it would be a few minutes. 10 minutes later I asked how much longer it was gonna be and they said 20 minutes and then I could leave and come back. So I left and came back. In the meantime she'd already taken in somebody else and they said she had another appointment coming in in 10 minutes and that she must've just forgotten about my appointment! Hated all the flies landing on me. Was not comfortable with all the cameras in every corner of the room. Are they watching me or the employees??? To me, the salon was not all that clean. The part I hated most was that only 1 person spoke any english.
