Hair Expressions is located right next to the Break Time gas station on the intersection of Boonville and Main. The building itself is small and really old so the five stars are not due to it best building but the service itself. I think they only have one nail technician b/c there was only one pedicure chair - one of those massage chairs with foot baths. Nobody else was in the room where they did nails. Michelle has been doing nails for 7 years and did a great job of not irritating my feet while getting the job done. She did a great job of making suggestions as to nail colors and was great to talk to. She charges $35 for a pedicure but gives a $5 off coupon each time so it ends up being $30.

I made an appointment for 3:00, arrived at 2:50, and the lady started on my nails at 3:50. I wanted a light pink almost white color. First she tried to put a bubble gum pink then hospital green color on my nails. The tips of my nails weren't even painted and the base looks shoddy. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone used to getting quality nails. The place was completely full and only had two workers but every time someone came in they were told the wait was only 10 minutes. Multiple people left I just wish I had been one of them. While there I looked at other customers nails and I was not the only one who was receiving a bad paint job. The lady was constantly moving from one person to the next and yelling at the other worker in a different language. The corners of my nails are actually sharp enough to scratch and I will probably end up going to another salon to get them fixed.

Hated all the flies landing on me. Was not comfortable with all the cameras in every corner of the room. Are they watching me or the employees??? To me, the salon was not all that clean. The part I hated most was that only 1 person spoke any english.
