This place is amazing. Eat absolutely everything you can get your hands on; try it all. I did my best, and while my waistline suffered, it was all worth it. As soon as you walk in, your eyes drift in every direction. Such abundance, so many colors and flavors, so many choices.... Lets start with some basics: The bread is off the hook (after all, this is a bakery). Au Levain or regular, the baguettes are fresh and plentiful. With a nice crisp on the outside and a nice chew on the inside, they are great even by themselves. The salads are all made from scratch and could not be fresher. Salade Niçoise is kind of the thing around here so great place to start. Even if you don't like anchovies, you should still try one. The pizzas are baked fresh and have many topics/options to choose from. Being from Brooklyn, automatically I know more about pizza than you, so take it from me that its worth getting. :) But my absolute favorite thing here was the Croissant with almond and chocolate. Yes, almond and chocolate!!! Each one feels like it weighs a good half pound, and with enough butter to make a bag go see-through. Beautifully rolled and beautifully stuffed; each one is a pure work of art. While not recommended unless on vacation; I ate these everyday. There was so much more but for the sake of my keyboard, I'm just going to stop. Just go here; its worth it.

There are a bunch of delicious looking candies and cookies that are enticing even to me, who doesn't have a sweet tooth. Everything is beautifully displayed and plastic gloves are available for the customers to handle the merchandise. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything you buy is put into beautiful tin boxes or cans. All of this come at a price; things in this little shop are not cheap.
