I don't carry cash, and I prefer to use my business debit card for record keeping purposes. Worse yet, the younger of the two women in the office failed to give me tracking numbers on a package. She gave me a handwritten receipt which was hard to read and incomplete - NO tracking numbers. It took several days before I could call them, and I missed the deadline for entering it in my records (which resulted in a penalty). I should not have to go to this extra effort because everything should be printed on the records provided.

She had her seat reclined pretty far back and my long legs had to squeeze in. The ride back was awkward to say the least. Men don't bring your insecure wifey to the job. She tried to change her attitude but no need trying to mess your man's job, he's trying to be the provider to you and your babies. She said they could have a cab there in an hour and told us to be outside at 1:45am. Fast forward to 1:50am and no cab. I call to ask for an update and the same woman nonchalantly tells me that the cab was rerouted to Midland and wouldn't be picking us up in the near future. The bar was now closing and we were forced to call my wife's father at 2am to ask for a ride. Not happy with the service and will NEVER call them again.
