When my agent came to look at the property there were too many obvious areas not cleaned. Countertops still had obvious signs of dirt, debris on the floor and bathtub was as if untouched. After just the first time they cleaned we saw very noticeable difference. From the attention to detail, the corners they got into, the questions they ask about what I wanted done, we could tell that every single thing in our home had been touched, moved, cleaned under, on top of, you name it. Always on time, the facility well cleaned and the same employee each day for a long time. A couple years before the relationship ended we started to see a decline in service. Floors were not being cleaned. Dusting not being done. Bathrooms filthy. They struggle to retain employees so the owner filled in and would do the bare minimum. Her partner refused to follow safety rules and had verbal confrontations with the EHS, HR and Production Manager. Complaints to the owner were useless and no improvements were made. When asked to provide additional services we were told they would not be able to staff the request. The end of the near decade business relationship ended through an email from T&R. It was very unprofessional and abrupt. Thankfully, we were already in the bidding process and contracted with another service within two days. I don't recommend this service for all the reasons outlined.

As this was a present for my mom, I asked to clean specific areas. She said she didn't have a computer or a fax so I had to text them to her???? I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (we are all busy) but I just received a call that she has to cancel and advised me to find someone else. This call was made less than 24 hours from her scheduled service for my mom. Do not use or be prepared to have a cleaning service 'owned and operated' by someone who is disorganized, flighty and dishonest.

The two times that I did reach someone on the phone, I was told to hold on or to call back, and then never got a person again. To me this is really horrible customer service, and just communicates that they aren't interested in securing new customers. Maybe they're so fabulous that they don't need new customers, but I'm in my opinion everybody should be accorded good service no matter what. Good customer service means that you call people back when they leave a message, even if you aren't interested in taking their carpet cleaning job.
