The carpet was installed properly and the installer was very good. Unfortunately the carpet did not match the sample we had gotten from the store. It was not as plush as the sample and we felt that the issue needed to be addressed at the store. For what we paid, we did not feel it it was a good value. We returned to the store to express our concerns and showed the salesperson the difference between the sample and the carpet that was installed. She agreed and said she would let us know what they might do to compensate us for the lesser quality. We have not heard anything from the salesperson or Christoff and Sons. Apparently they are not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We explained that we will be remodeling the the kitchen and replacing additional carpet but we certainly will not be using Christoff and Sons as they don't seem to care.

I called on a Saturday morning for first available date. Alex told me he had a huge job on Monday and Tuesday of the following week but he could get to me on Wednesday. He arrived Wednesday morning as promised ready to go. He was alone because his helper didn't show up for work. Even though he was short handed he still got the job done in a fair amount of time. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He did a great job and offered the service at a good price. The price was not much higher than if I had rented a dumpster and done it myself. When the techs arrived, they said they could not inspect with a video. I called and inquired as to whether this would lower the price. "No". Ok. They had to move my stove, which rests on granite tiled floor. An awful grinding noise, (which I should have immediately called out). I wanted the techs to show me how dirty it was and their first pass had just a bit of creosote. But they made sure to mention that it was "really" dirty and that I should schedule once a year. Ok. But, I used to do my own at a previous home and compared to that, it was NOT really dirty by any means. They were done in 10 minutes. Pushed back the stove and I paid them cash. In doing so, they charged me $300. Thank you. However, when they left, I gave everthing a closer look. The original debris that came out of the pipe was still on the floor behind the stove (Are you kidding me? Your vaccuum was right there and could have sucked this up in under 5 seconds) and then I noticed the crazy scratches on the granite. I called back office; sent in photos and explained what happened. I demanded a fix (Not rocket science, as the stone has to be sanded and polished), but is it my responsibility to do the job correctly that I paid $300 for)? The back office asked me if I had pictures of the floor before the techs scratched it? Ah, no. Supposedly I'm to expect a call back from the owner. Been a week and 1/2. Crickets.

This guys were absolutely amazing. They cut down A HUUUGE tree...can't recall if it was an oak…read moreor maple--work was done in Oct. of 2018--then another full tree, and "trimmed" two others. I say "trimmed" bcuz the "leads"--as they're properly called in Forestry (I did not know this)--were as large as MOST TREES. The guys worked their butts off: Started around 8:30-9 on a Saturday am and ended up finishing around 7p on Sunday night. Now here's the kicker: When they were done with all the cutting/loading of wood/brush--and I mean they took EV. RY. SINGLE STICK--the owner went around with a leaf blower and basically cleaned my entire yard. We had an old pile of decrepit wood that they took as well. And oh, btw: they ground every stump, INCLUDING A BONUS ONE FR A TREE THAT I'D CUT DOWN PREVIOUSLY. I'm sure with the state of the world, their prices have climbed commensurate with inflation, but at the time, they did allllll the work I'd mentioned for $4500. I was thoroughly impressed & astounded. I BELIEVE "the son" has taken over the business now, but my lord, was I ever impressed with this company.

U-Haul sent the wrong box once and closed up early to interrupt our original move plans, but Josh and Dan went the extra mile to make things right. They rescheduled based on my needs and got creative about how to deal with some of the issues we had with the crates, keeping me informed throughout the process. During unloading, they paid special attention to any items that looked poorly packed and showed extreme caution when getting it out of the crates. They also double checked items with me to make sure they went to the right place and showed me anything that looked like it might have been damaged during the move. Heck, they even folded the moving blankets to help me avoid getting charged extra by U-Haul! Brusati Enterprises puts the customer first and are incredibly attentive to detail and caring for your stuff and home. They communicate really well and are very professional.
