He continued to ma'am me, and when asked to stop, told me to get out. the regional manager also started with "I'm sure you have laundry to do since getting back from vacation". Please tell the little boys who work for you that my father was a master mechanic who worked on planes and cars my whole life, he's dead now or he'd have fixed this. I've checked my own oil for over 30 years and know about my car very well. I have maintenance records and take good care of it because they aren't made anymore and I love it very much. beyond that, I'm not some broke trash who can't afford to fix her car. I work for a multi billion dollar software company and could have built the computer Jacob was using to browse tires rather than focus on my car. they both treated me like an idiot woman and I. 2025, that won't fly. I'm taking g this car to Hyundai now, and if I find out Jacob's crew did indeed break it, I'll be back to tell him and hand his hateful self an estimate for repairs that they will be paying for. and if he catches an attitude again, it won't end with me leaving g peacefully this time.

I had a very frustrating experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Trussville. I took my…read morehusband's Audi in on a Monday for what we were told was a water hose and a few other hoses that needed to be replaced. What should have been a fairly straightforward repair ended up taking over a week. Throughout the week we were given multiple updates that turned out not to be accurate. Starting Wednesday we were told the car had been pulled in and was being worked on, and at one point we were told it would be ready, but it wasn't. Each day we kept getting different information, which felt like the runaround. We didn't end up getting the car back until the following Tuesday. Being without a vehicle that long was a huge inconvenience for our family. When I asked if there could be any type of discount because of the delay and miscommunication, I was told they couldn't offer any percentage off because they had to use a more expensive part for the Audi. While they did apologize for the miscommunication, the overall experience was still very disappointing. To make matters worse, about five days after getting the car back, we started smelling gas and had to bring the vehicle back again to have it checked. That was very concerning, especially after just having repairs done. I understand that repairs can take time, but better communication and making sure the job is fully completed the first time would have made a big difference.

Lack of Accountability: No refund, apology, or effort to correct their mistakes--only deflection and aggression. Avoid this shop at all costs. My experience mirrors other reviews praising their "honesty," but their true colors--dishonesty, incompetence, and bullying--emerge when challenged. Some time ago, I took an F150 to have the spark plugs removed and re-thread. When I asked about the…read morebase price no one knew until they can "look at it first" I agreed as long as they just removed the spark plugs ONLY, when I came up there to see about the price they jumped up to over $2500. I told him not to do any more work, but just the spark plugs removal, the shop owner said that he was not going to do that that he was "already committed" and was going to do the job all the way. A woman that was working there and told me that the wiring harness has to be replaced as well. They kept doing things that I told them not to do so that they can jump the price up even more. I was so frustrated because they were trying to charge me for stuff that I did not agree to and will not be able to pay for.. the owner threaten to have me arrested and sued if I did not pay, and that he would charge me a certain amount of day until it is paid for. I wanted to save as much money as possible because I also had to take my dog to the vet, the shop owner forced me to put my dog down so I can get my truck out because I couldn't pay the vet bill. I had to spend all I had to get the truck out, when I left with the truck, it was running terrible so of course I took it to another shop where they said that everything was done terribly and a lot of things were not even properly done. The other shop told me that I should take it back to them and make them do everything again the right way. I took the truck home myself and took a week off of work, I rebuild the engine and replaced all the things that they should've done. I got the truck running perfectly and drove into another shop where they did a inspection and checked it off, I sold the truck and bought myself a new Dodge ram to get the money back that I wasted on the shop. Unfortunately, I lost my dog and my truck because of this place. One of the ladies even told me to vote for Trump if I wanted to make more money in the future, this place is disgusting and overpriced. I don't ever like taking my vehicles to the shop. If I can just do it myself, unfortunately, I just didn't have the time to do it so I thought a simple repair would be just fine. This place really is a scam, never again would I ever take my vehicle to a shop like this. My first and last experience with this or any repair shop, this place proved me right that most mechanic shops are nothing but a scam.
