On the day of the work, Levon pulled up--right on time--with a small army of bright yellow trucks and equipment, and he and his workers got right to the job. Levon's service is a well oiled machine. Each worker had his role and they obviously had been well instructed and had a great deal of experience. The trucks and equipment left little damage to my property and we could hardly tell that anyone had been there. (Except, of course, for the tree removed and the trimmed branches!) As they worked, Levon's crew continuously cleaned the yard and raked up as they went. The cutting and removal of the heavy limbs was efficiently and expertly done. They had a small space to get through to the backyard and they were amazing in getting through without any damage. At the end, Levon lifted all of the debris, trunks, and limbs into a large truck and hauled everything away--all work was completed in about 6-7 hours. In terms of price (which I compared to several sources), Levon's charge was a bit above the average (he does take a credit card), but after watching Levon's Tree Service in action I could only be impressed by their efforts. Gorgeous job! However, one of the windmill palms was not as healthy looking as the other two did. The fronds were drooping and some slight discoloration of the leaves. I kept in touch with them about it and whatever they told me to do, the fronds started turning brown and it completely died two months later. They promised to replace it, but 10 months and a lot of calls, broken promises that they'd get there, just busy, etc., I have no palm tree and my last call has been totally ignored. I still have a hole in my garden from where I pulled out the dead palm last September. All they needed to do was to drop the new palm tree in the hole and cover it up. Thank goodness for Kevin Furlough and his crew. The estimate was fair so I approved the job.
