Little that I knew how damaging and costly topping off a healthy tree would be in the long-run. I met with Kevin for a free estimate, and he advised me against it because the tree is healthy, and he recommended only trimming it. After I did my homework and reading about topping trees, I realized what a wise and honest advice he gave me compared to other companies who were willing to do whatever the costumer wants even though it will be really costly in the long run. I was originally told that it would be about 3 weeks. When I called to schedule, it was 3 weeks more. I left multiple emails and multiple voice mails and finally got a call back. We scheduled for a Monday and he was supposed to call and confirm before the previous Friday - no call. Then AJ said it couldn't be Monday and he would call Monday afternoon. After repeated calls and messages, I never received a call back and fired them Wednesday afternoon of the week the work was supposed to be done. I can't speak to the quality of their work since I was unable to get them to do any. I recommend avoiding them. The complete lack of communication and professionalism makes me question what would happen if I had an issue after the work was done.
