Their pricing was explained to me and a rate sheet was forwarded for my approval. After making numerous phone calls to coordinate the shipper, transportation and delivery, and the crane crew, everything finally came together. They sent a 65 ton crane to Algonac and after setting up, the lift went off without a hitch. Although they arrived less than 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery, I was not charged overtime for their services. It took a little while to do the set-up, and they immediately recognized any hindrances to the job. We adapted their equipment to the job and proceeded with the lift. Having operated cranes in the Navy, I can appreciate the professionalism of the crane crew and their methodical work habits. All in all, good office staff (Darlene) and a professional crane crew.
