Terrible service and results. Went to get my nails done this morning and this is how they ended up. I brought this up to the nail tech who dismissed my concerns stating "it's just air bubbles". I'll never return to this location. Waste of money for poorly done nails. read more

Before even getting my nails done, I watched them attend to a customer who had an issue with the color on their nails and they quickly fixed it. Then my nails are absolutely gorgeous. Everyone there is so nice. Would recommend 100 times over. read more

i'm very unhappy with my nails I told the man that was doing my nails that it looks like my nails need to be refilled already. He went really high up they're and they're not even done on one side to another. I was very unsatisfied with my nails they were talking shit the whole time refused to fix my nails said that they were fine and that's just my nail bed. Did an amazing job at fixing my nails after another nail salon messed them up. Customer service is great!

They messed up my eyebrows and were rude about it because I said something. Still made me pay for it too.

I usually don't write reviews but I am disappointed about the quality of this mani. I am from out of state and decided to get a mani and pedi at this location. Costed $85 to get both done together. Went there on 5/20/2023 and my nails began to chip by 5/22/2023. Before leaving, there was a bubble on my left thumb which I didn't think much of but then all my nails began to chip. I have the confirmation of payment as well as evidence of service. Everything felt rush since they had a lot of people. I would suggest visiting a different place. read more

Well this is not the first time that I called well ahead and scheduled an appointment just to have the appointment time not honored and told I would have to wait until walkin customers were finished ! The best place for a pedicure. I've been going to L & V for years and have always been very satisfied with the service. Their staff is so friendly, they remember my name and my service, even if it's been a few weeks since a visit. I've been taking my daughter there since she was 13 to get her nails done and the staff treats her like family. I highly recommend them. read more

i could have done better myself and at least i took the 6 month nail technicians class, thanks nina! o_O so i have a problem doing my own acrylics because im extremely left-handed. so one of my relative's took me here for the holiday's. not only where they rough and put my nail beds in excruciating second (and third) day pain, but none of my nails where straight. i went in for a simple matte kitten nail, and got rounded off coffin's that looked like they where doing an involuntary wave pattern! never again, she had NO IDEA what she was doing AT ALL and i want my $55 back. i do have to say though that if she spent as much time on my nails that she did on the bomb nail art she did, i would have been happy. read more

I used to use L&V frequently but at my last visit, it was apparent that their standards have changed. -manicure was rushed and sloppy when finished -polish choices were few and what I selected had obviously been diluted by the salon in an attempt to "stretch" the polish -my sister-in-law left with a bleeding cuticle And worst of all... afterwards I was in need of a visit to the pediatrist due to the deep, painful chunks of skin that were removed during pedicure exfoliation. I literally have a scabbing foot over a week later. You get what you pay for and in this instance, it's not worth the risk. read more

I have been coming here for almost a year and they always do a good job! All services are well done and they try very hard to get you in quickly without an appointment. I like that they have a rewards program and with their new computer system, the points are automatically applied. No more carrying the card! You get extra points if you pay cash. I will never go back to L&V again. Everyone seemed to like them so I decided to try them out. I'm not so much concerned about how many times the lady, Nancy was her name, made me bleed, but just the fact that the nails were uneven and super cricked. I was very disappointed and it definitely wasn't worth $40. read more
