There was about a 15 min wait to get in and the process was pretty quick since I knew exactly what I wanted. During my visit, once in a sales associate came to assist right away. While they didn't have the black cherry, she offered the taupe and red clay-- I decided on the red clay and actually love it! Things to note: If visiting from outside of France and aiming to do a tax refund, make sure to have your physical passport on hand. Also to note, they don't accept AMEX for payment.
