Had to go back and sign them so they could get sent. Then she gets a letter from the state saying she hadn't paid the quarterly taxes and had $700 in penalties and interest. Liberty had forgotten to give her the form to have her fill out to pay them. So we say that's their fault they should have to pay. Owners is out of town. Don't hear back for weeks. Another letter from the state, more interest. Get a call that the owner is writing a check for the interest and will send it to her but they're going to notify the state that it was their mistake to get penalties waved. That was weeks ago, still no check has arrived and no idea if they've written the letter. Save yourself the hassle and the time talking to lawyers. This is ridiculous. Go somewhere else.
