Within twelve (12) hours I was told that I could pick up my deposit. This firm had resolved the issue before there was even time to stress about it. I would certainly call on them again for any property issues. I highly recommend them to anyone for property/housing market issues. They took on all the stress of my situation and gave me a speedy resolution in my favor. Had a tenant go to jail and he trashed the house. I called and emailed 10 times with zero response. Finally some rude lady called and said they would have him served. This did not happen. I got him out all by my 73 year old lady self. Zero help from this pathetic law firm. Then foolish me, I called emailed another 10 times to sue this deadbeat for damages and never got a response. They should just close their doors and go out of business as they are as good as having no law firm at all.

Not once did Robert ever do any actual work on my case. In a recent attempt to get my case off of his desk (because it wasn't an easy enough win) Robert flipped the script by blaming my botched surgery on me, claiming he knew the type of person I was. I was left baffled by how he could attribute a doctor's errors to my character. Not only do I have a 2nd doctor's opinion confirming the botched surgery, but Robert accused me of not doing my part to continue with litigation. He made many degrading comments implying that I don't have enough money, shaming me for not paying off my botched surgery yet. Sorry Robert, I'm not too fond of paying for a surgery that created terrible side effects for me. So yes, I do pay the smallest monthly, 0% interest payments I can. If this somehow says something to you about my financial status being subpar to yours, you should check yourself about judging others. His manipulative tactics left me feeling gaslit and confused how a "professional" could act in such a way. Robert often spoke over me during conversations and dismissed my concerns. He is incredibly difficult to speak with. Despite sending Robert numerous documents early on, he didn't review any of them until November, doing so briefly in the phone with me. He hasn't even managed to look at my medical documents or figure out how to open them in the Google Drive link I provided to him numerous times. On top of that, he canceled four scheduled phone meetings and was out of the country for over a month, nearly completely unavailable. During our last conversation, he admitted that he was just trying to get my case off his desk. Which I'd understand, however the manner in which he used his narcissistic tactics in an attempt to blame shift this as being my fault, is truly absurd. It seems like Robert struggled to remember what we've discussed, making me question his ability to handle any litigation case. Following the recent unprofessional phone call, Robert attempted to cover his tracks with a CYA email, which was ironically the most effort he put into my case. It was detailed and in-depth--unlike anything he had sent before. Also very deceptive. Why the sudden effort? The truth is, he knew how poorly he had acted towards me and wanted to cover his tracks with a "professional email" to hide his very unprofessional phone call. Robert Potrykus epitomizes why many people distrust attorneys. In short, I deal with attorneys daily, and my interactions with Robert were the most unprofessional, immoral, and lacking in integrity I have ever encountered. I would strongly advise against working with him. Diane his assistant is amazing however. I hope she doesn't receive the same poor treatment.
