He had came highly recommended by parents at my sons school and speech therapist. bought us back to the exam room asked a couple of questions for documentation and went to get Maggie the PA to come see Wyatt. They both were so nice and polite and answered the questions we had. Everything was cool. We were a lil disappointed that he had to referred out to a pediatric dentist to do the procedure. On 5/26/26, I returned to the clinic for the second time in 10 days for the same condition. I…read morethought it was unusual that they did not repeat the urinalysis . But, the PA said they would give me a stronger antibiotic. Two or three weeks, I received a bill from LabCorp for a urine culture. I went to the clinic to explain the situation and was directed to call their business office. Three days later, a "medical assistant" telephoned me to say she would look at my chart and get back with me. After 2 1/2 weeks without a return call, I emailed a person in management at this business office. Without a reply for two weeks, I telephoned again and left a message. Yesterday , the medical assistant telephoned me, apologizing for the delay, stating she would visit the clinic and look at my chart. Today, she telephoned me stating there was a note on my chart, indicating a urine specimen was taken and sent to the lab. I am in shock and disbelief that Coastal Urgent Care sent a specimen in my name that I DID NOT give them. Beware, if they did this to me, you could me next.

It's hard to find a GP who can take care of basic needs and also know enough to refer to specialists when it counts. I am so glad I found her and the wonderful folks at this clinic. Let's hope you don't have to go here, but if you find yourself not feeling well or you're due for regular lube/oil/filter servicing on your bod, try the team at the Jefferson clinic.
