A helpful tip: if you're considering one of the set menus, keep in mind that they're priced per person and aren't meant for sharing. Since we wanted to split our food, we ordered individual galettes and a dessert crêpe instead. We tried the Bil galette with ham, egg, and Emmental cheese, as well as the Biloude, which added mushrooms. Both had nicely crisp buckwheat edges with generous fillings and perfectly cooked eggs. For dessert, we shared the Lolotte crêpe with banana and melted chocolate, which was rich, indulgent, and perfect for sharing.
