We continued to use this company, longer than we should have. There was a consultation with the owner who seemed bored with our questions, we got more arrogant attitude than valued information. There were mistakes on our tax returns, that should have been reviewed before forwarding to the IRS. It took 2 to 3 years to resolve the issue and receive compensation. Today, we called to change time of appointment.... The receptionist misheard or deliberately over exaggerated what my husband requested. We then receive a call from owner yelling that we have a choice to apologize to the receptionist or take our business elsewhere, without asking what happened. That was an easy and welcome decision. Excellent service and very reasonable price. I simply dropped off my tax documents. A week later I met with my accountant via telephone to review my taxes. Much to my suprise my tax bill was over $100k lower than I had calculated. I am very pleased with the process the price and the results. My total bill was $360.
