The CAM has no idea what she is doing with regard to sound financial reporting or reserve planning. The current board is incompetent and therefore a solid manager is paramount to maintain property values. She doesn't return calls or emails. We had to hire an attorney in order to be able to secure financials we were entitled to or attend a board meeting. Run and don't look back.
