Synta is knowledgeable about emergency housing, accessible housing, senior housing, family housing, or whatever you may need. When I volunteer in landlord-tenant court, I refer my clients, who have just been evicted from the apartments, to Belmont's Housing Resource Center. The best case scenario for my clients is usually that they will get a little more time to before the marshalls remove them, but that doesn't change the fact that they are on the brink of homelessness. Being about to refer them to Belmont makes a huge difference in how both the client and I feel walking out of the courthouse. It took weeks of emails to get the company to make up for their mistake. As result I lost trust and confidence in their ability and desire to run an ethical organization and I terminated my relationship with them. In addition Ashley Barlow and Chris Wietig of Standard Property Management have delayed returning the keys to the apartment. At this writing it has been nearly 6 weeks since I have asked for the return of the keys but they have not been received. They're said the keys were sent out but won't provide a tracking number or any estimate on what day the keys might be received. They have also not refunded cash remaining in my account. Avoid them. In my opinion they are not trustworthy or competent
