I went today and watched my friends get beautiful nails. I gave suggestions and even made conversation with the nail techs before my turn. I waited patiently and was so helpful during my wait. I was last to go, and I got the worst experience I've ever had with nails. I asked for one design, then the Lady doing my nails commented " sometimes simple is better" so I went with a more simple design trying to be more accommodating. I assume she was rushing because she had another client, which I am okay with. I don't mean to be so forward or mean but goodness gracious I paid 50$ for nails I could have done myself with supplies I bought from Walmart. I'll add pics for reference. They were so nice and so sweet. But I'm just so upset I left with the nails I have, and my friends have absolutely perfect sets.. read more

Had a 2:00 appointment and they didn't get to me until 3:00. Not really sure why they even bother making appointments if they're not going to honor them. I tried to not be too frustrated, but my experience only went downhill from there. The lady who did my nails was rude and ROUGH. Have never winced so many times. And when she made me bleed she didn't say a thing about it. She didn't clean them up at all so they look messy. Definitely not worth the $50 they charge. Will not be returning. read more

No one paid the owner to laugh and ridicule the client, yet that is the service that was given. A younger client decided to point and make fun of a disabled shaking client. The owner instead of stopping or even ignoring this decided to join in on the harassment and laugh at her too. How utterly disgusting. I will never spend a penny there in the future. If I can help it neither will that disabled client. Regal Nails in Washington Walmart doesn't treat their clients that way and I have seen them for 15yrs so definitely giving them my money. read more

I went here for a pedicure and got the best pedicure I've ever gotten I would highly recommend this to everyone.

M girlfriend wanted to get acrylic ombre nails, and she decided to go here to get them done. Bad mistake. It costed around $60 to get a mani/pedi and it was one of the biggest wastes of money I've ever had. The ombre was atrocious. Very blotchy. He didn't use the ombre powder at all and stuck to using a sponge. When she asked if he could make the transition softer, he said no. He was very rude and kept telling her to stop moving when she wasn't. He was snappy, too. Poor customer service and poor craftsmanship on a simple task. Would not recommend. read more

My sister and I usually go to Union Nails but they were closed due to the holiday weekend. So, we decided to try L Nails. The colors they have are very pretty and unique but when shaping our nails they made them uneven and not the same shape. Also, their customer service is awful. There was only 3 workers working and whenever we had our fingers not bent or our wrists were too far up our nail technician slapped our fingers or our wrists. read more

the service is becoming less time spent on giving customers the service that is paid for. When I went for a pedicure on 9/12/16 I paid the nail tech a cash tip and paid for my $20.00 service using my debit card, the receipts both show that I clearly approved ONLY $20.00 to debit from my account but when I received my bank statement the nail tech had deducted $25.00 from my account. The owner said it was ONLY $5.00 and she would be happy to give me the money back. I said that's not the point, he was being dishonest and I'm sure that this is not the 1st time. I wish there was a 0 star option because this is just a terrible salon. I went in and wanted to get my acrylics off because I was just starting my dance season and I didn't want them on for that. When I walked in they were not too friendly, but I didn't think much of it. When I politely asked to get them taken off, they were rude immediately. They tried for a good couple mins to get me to buy a new set or do a fill. I repeatedly told them that that wasn't what I wanted. When it came time to take them off, the technician started cutting underneath my fake nail to pop it off with another fake nail. I told him that it hurt and asked if he could soak my nails first, he kept popping them off and pretended like he didn't even hear me. They also mocked me for getting them off for dance by doing little ballerina twirls. Please be aware of this salon. They have rude employees as well as a not so clean environment. read more
