The only nail salon I will go to. I live 25 minutes away but still make the trip to go see Lisa & their nail techs because it is amazing service every time. The people are so nice & welcoming. They make sure you are taken care of and like what you get. I have been seeing Lisa, one of the owners, for over 8 years now and I will follow her wherever she goes. Everyone working at the salon is awesome. So kind and friendly. They also do a great job, and have a peaceful environment. I got my husband to go for his gnarly toenails and he is actually good with the experience. Nice warm, massage chairs too. Place is usually packed because of this good service, but it's easy to make a same-day online appointment. read more

Small nail salon located in a strip mall on Clarkson. My nail tech was very nice and she spoke fluent English. The chairs are a little old and not very aggressive and the leg and foot massage was barely existent, but I was happy with the rest of the pedicure. I am someone who really enjoys a massage though. That part was a bummer. They do follow up after the pedicure by putting you in a proper massage chair with leg compression. That was a nice touch. read more

My co-worker went here this morning and she couldnt be happier with her gel manicure for $20 so I thought I would cheat on Ladue Nails and try it out. You can tell the owner has put a lot of money into her shop. However, she enables her staff who clearly need training. One guys license wasn't even on the wall. I got the same manicure, she did an excellent job, but charged me $22. I questioned and ended up just paying it. I'll be heading back to Ladue Nails. It's cleaner and the staff is well trained with licenses clearly shown on the walls. P.s. Expect to be here over an hour without a wait. read more

I got my nails done here before my wedding, and they were able to take me and 3 other people in my bridal party all at once. They were incredibly nice and very attentive. I really enjoyed talking to the girls who were doing our pedicures. They were quick and did a great job on the nails. 10 days after my pedicure and manicure I my nails still look great! I also got the shellac manicure, and my nails look great. It was a couple of dollars more, but it wasn't too bad. For a regular mani/pedi it's $30. Not too shabby.... read more

Wow, haven't been here since new owner. Last one scared me with old owners. She is wonderful. Place is so clean bowl covers and all. You get a massage while she is doing your pedi then after manicure you spend ten minutes in an earth shattering massage chair that I have never experienced. I can't wait to go back. I have gone in this place 2 times, the first time the owners were out of town and had some other people running it.. The service was horrible, they were rude, and tried to charge for silly things that I didn't even get... After I had to try and talk to them about the bogus charges, (a full set should never coast 45$ for a regular set..) in the end the girl did a great job.. So I decided to give it another try today, I needed a fill and a nail repair.. After the guy was done and I washed my hands, I noticed a spot on one of my thumb nails that needed to be fixed, I asked him to fix it and he told me NO.. I looked at him and showed him what I was talking about and he looked at me and said " NO, IM NAIL TEC AND I AM NOT GOING TO GIX IT".. At first I thought it was a joke and thought he might be kidding me, but when I asked him for a third time to fix it and I asked him if he was joking, he threw his hands up in the air and started yelling "IM NAIL TEC, AND I DON'T THINK IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND IM NOT FIXING IT"... I then at that point asked the other lady there if she would fix it and she told me no too.. I looked up at him and said I was not paying for nails that were unfinished, he said I had to pay anyway..... I looked around and the other girls getting there nails done were staring at him yelling at me, and I only wanted him to fix the one nail that was messed up.... I left the money on the table and walked out, I was so embarrassed and in shock that even happened..... I went down the road to another nail salon and they fixed my nail for free and finished the job for only 5$ after I told them about what happened... I would NOT recommend T & J Nails to anyone go there for anything... !!!!! read more
