It had been raining most of the day the whole week and people were ready to get out. By the time we arrived, which was about 7:20 the place was almost full. They do take reservations. They spoke good English which was helpful. Hooray for the imaginative menu ! My husband had mussels in a crepe which was awesome ( sorry for the un- imaginative description ) I had a crepe with asparagus, DELICIOUS bacon and cheese- good combination and terrific meal. We will go back for many reasons. I noticed there were Leisure European diners and people ready to eat and leave. The establishment accommodated your timing of service.

This was the first place…read morein a week of visiting France where I was encouraged to practice my rusty French, and where I felt like I made a real connection with someone. We had two of the Pannekuechen, Hollandaise crepes, one with excellent chorizo and the other with mushrooms and a great melty cheese. They were both crisp and tender in the most satisfying way. We also tried the proffertjes which came highly recommended and for good reason. They were soft and almost custard-like in the middle and also delicately crisp like the crepes. Take a little trip off the beaten path and give Les Tulipes a try, you won't be disappointed.
