They were thorough and they listened to what I needed as this was a double move, meaning half the items to storage and the rest to the new place and many other little necessary details that I needed, for example certain items in storage needed to be in front for easy access etc. I have moved MANY times while living in Southern California (and even there the movers were always at least 2 hours late) and have had either ok or bad service from movers, but these Rockstars here in the Valley worked like a well oiled machine and got it done! Also, even though I was leery at the price, it actually turned out less than what I expected with the double move. These guys worked fast! Not only would I recommend them to friends, I will be using them again whenever I move!

Called me 5pm on Wednesday to say they aren't coming. Cannot be trusted for reliable dates. If they say you are "set", do not believe them. Note: I let them know they were getting 1 star review so they can defend themselves. Owner wants to be butt hurt but he's the one who started this, messages speak for themselves.
