The wait is always long, but it's worth it once you step inside. The place is unlike any other I've seen, with its beautiful display of pots filled with different atoles. We decided to try the flight of 8 tastes, but unfortunately, we only enjoyed one of them. However, I must say that the atole was served with a sweet tortilla, and that combination was surprisingly delightful.
