This was our regular breakfast destination during our one week in Paris. We have tried the croissants, chauquettes, apple chausson, and café au lait here. The food and drink were excellent - that is why we always kept coming back (the chauquettes, in particular, were amazing).
Unfortunately, the outside is a mess. There are pigeons everywhere, on the tables, and very close to your feet - it is pretty gross. We even saw a pigeon poop onto the table next to us while we were eating... super unappetizing. After that, we ate inside.
The service was great! No English speaking, but very easy to order through pointing and reading off signs. Plus, the money/change is done automatically (with a machine), so very convenient if you don't understand numbers in French.
If you want good boulangerie food, come here but either pick it up and go, or eat inside.
