I'm use to saffron heavy paella as I think a lot of restaurants do that to say, "hey, we put saffron in our recipe." Service was a nice surprise, although I do not think they spoke Spanish (španělská vesnice) for fun I tried to order in Spanish and the číšnice had a good sense of humor about it. The reason I am giving El Barrio only 4 stars is that even though they are thousands of miles from Arhentina and Brasil, and even if they do not cater to South Americans, they can try harder, and they should not claim they are a deli. So if you are in Prague and sick of svickova just a 10 minute ride on the underground to Smichov. Make sure you exit the underground opposite of the bus stops.

But this seems to be a going theme in Prague. Perhaps they like a well-lit meal? Wine drinking tip in the Czech Republic: the red wine are not great. They tend to have Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish wines on the menu (thumbing their nose at France perhaps?) for the red drinkers. I did not try the whites, but I hear they are good. All in all, this place was a win.
