Best croissant of my life. This was like the 3rd I ate during my trip and I couldn't even wait to take a bite before the picture.

OMG. The best croissants I have had anywhere in the world and I've been to Paris. I had a daily ham and cheese croissant for 3€. I will dream of these and will have to return to Lisbon again to eat them.

Natural Breakfast and croissant half-devoured (sorry couldn't resist )

I had the Natural Breakfast (home-made cereal bread, granola/honey/yogurt, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, Bonne Maman jelly and honey, latte) and croissant while my wife had the salmon omelette with a house salad. The food was super fresh and tasty, the service was super-friendly and great, and the location is fantastic (immediately adjacent to the Museum of Arts ). Make sure to get cash (an ATM is 2 mins away walking distance past the park next to the museum) or a Portuguese check to pay I would highly recommend this place while is Lisboa.

    The place serves great salads.

Nice local red wine, thin crust pizza and a great meat & cheese board appetizer. I'd recommend it!

Beautiful place, totally unique, but be careful in ordering a lemonade, it could cost you 3 euros if u are a tourist.

The thin crust pizza was a standout option (even the locals were ordering it!), and they also had a croissant with the filling of the pastel de nata, very tasty!

The food was excellent, the service was so attentive. They really wanted us to enjoy ourselves and we did! It was busy but we weren't hurried at all. A beautiful fall night on the patio. And very reasonably priced

The food was very tasty and my server was helpful in selecting it and then checking on me periodically throughout my meal to see if I needed anything else. One thing that was a little disappointing was that as soon as I was seated, another server brought me a couvert course of breads, butter and cheese. I was delighted to have this to enjoy while my food was prepared. I thought it was complimentary but it was NOT! I saw it was charged as €5 on my bill. Not that I could not pay it but I should have been asked if it was not included. I was obviously not a local as I was speaking another language. Overall, I would recommend Espaço 39 Degraus, and I would dine there again if I had the chance.
