I ordered the jamon and chorizo croquetas. The chorizo was different than any croqueta I've had, I would recommend trying it for this reason. I then ordered the arroz a la Banda seco. The rice was so crispy and delicious and the shrimp was small but flavorful. Finally I finished with the flan, which had an almost orange marmalade syrup finish on top. The whipped cream tasted more savory than sweet which I didn't mind. It was definitely homemade. Everything was delicious and the waiters were all so attentive and kind.
Sometimes it can be awkward eating alone, but I felt at home here and would definitely come back. I made a reservation as it's a popular restaurant and Michelin recommended, but I saw people walk in with no issue as well.
Thank you Pablo and Jimmy for the outstanding service !
