Puedo decir que es el mejor lugar para comer hamburguesas caseras en Santiago. La atención es buena, los ingredientes exquisitos y las papas fritas deliciosas. Eso sí, debes llegar a las 13hrs en punto, sino te encontrarás con una larga fila de personas tan hambrientas como tú y tendrás que esperar como 25 minutos para agarrar una mesa. Se demoran un poco en traer tu hamburguesa, pero hay que reconocerlo, la espera vale la pena. Las papas fritas son especiales, están hechas con cáscara las que tienen un sabor único. Mi favorita es la Avocado, la recomiendo a ojos cerrados. Las limonadas son deliciosas, especialmente la de maracuyá. Ojo, si te gusta la hamburguesa bien cocida, procura decirle al garzón/a, ya que normalmente la traen a 3/4. Me pasó en una ocasión que me la trajeron 3/4 (y a mi me gusta bien cocida), hable con la chica que me atendió y me la cambió sin problemas. Los precios son elevados, pero accesibles. Durante mis primeras semanas en Santiago, salí con unos amigos un jueves por la noche, se nos complicó un poco encontrar un lugar para comer ¡todo estaba lleno! Al final uno de ellos dijo "Estamos cerca de la burguesía, vayamos" todavía no hacía tanto frío como ahora así que caminamos por las calles de providencia ansiando llegar porque nos moríamos de hambre. Llegamos y había fila de espera, pero amablemente nos dieron unas sillas y nos ofrecieron unas chelas para esperar mientras, aunque si fueron más de 25 min de espera :( estaba llenísimo Recomiendo pedir mesa antes para no esperar tanto. El momento de pedir llegó y yo por supuesto quería alguna con ají, me recomendaron la de "Ají verde" y que les puedo decir me encantó, la carne es super jugosa, el pan muy rico y todos los ingredientes frescos... la atención buena y amena, nos trataron muy bien. Definitivamente quiero volver para pedir la mundialmente famosa "Juicy Lucy" que con ese nombre creo que lo dice todo. Muy buen lugar, hamburguesas deliciosas, VAYAN TEMPRANO o pidan mesa. Escondida, pero muy escondida se encuentra esta hamburguesería gourmet, pero cuando la encuentras, vaya que sorpresa te llevas! El ambiente es ondero, las hamburguesas deliciosas y de muy buen tamaño y las papas caseras... Dedito para arriba con todo eso. Asegúrate, eso si, de llegar al postre, no te lo querrás perder. El problema es que los horarios son jodidos, mejor llega temprano a almorzar para que no esperes o no encuentres el local cerrado. Mi recomendación: Hamburguesa Camarona. Sin duda, querrás darte vuelta la carta y te convertirás en un verdadero "burgués". read more

Hamburguesas con onda. La mejor Juicy Lucy de Santiago. Mis favoritas son: 1. La Clásica 2. La Cuarto Burgués 3. La Ají Verde Lleguen temprano a almorzar, el local se llena de lunes a viernes. En las tardes es más tranquilo, ideal para comer y tomar algo después de la pega. As soon as you walk in there is a big refrigerator with items to buy and cook at home, cute little empanadas (you can pretend you made them and take them to someone's house) this cafe also offers lots of dessert, they all look so good my mouth was salivating but I refocused on what I came here for- the empanadas! Since you cannot see them when you are inside the shop, I thought they were the small ones so I doubled up my order. It wasn't till after when I sat outside I saw their "glass cabinets" with their empanadas on display, they are pretty big. Hands down the chicken one was my favorite! They are baked to baked to perfecto. Don't expect great customer service this is a grab and go, sit outside and enjoy.
