A simple print job was complicated and I was overcharged. I needed to print two documents; one was…read morea 31 page workbook for class, and the other was a two page document. I asked if I can print from their desktops, and I was told printing can only be done on the printer behind the counter. I told the rep twice that the 31 page document needs to be printed on front and back, and she proceeds to print it out on one sheet, and then said "that option is not available" after the job was halfway done. She then charged me for 31 pages when that's not what was requested (it was supposed to be 15-16). My goal was to have it like a workbook like it was intended, and now I can't even staple it together cause it's twice the size and too thick. The other document was two pages and she only printed one page and said my USB only has one sheet. I was confused since I knew it was two pages, but she insisted that there's only one page on the document. I get home and lo and behold, it's a two paged document as I thought. I like that this place is local, but I find that it's always some type of complication whenever I come here.

Despite explaining my situation, she refused to accommodate me. I returned at 11:00 a.m. and ended up waiting approximately two hours before my fingerprints were finally taken. While I was waiting, I asked Imelda if the person who takes fingerprints had arrived. She replied, "That's me," and explained that she hadn't been able to take me earlier because she needed to help other clients. I understand that other customers also need assistance, but I was a customer with a scheduled appointment. If appointments cannot be honored, then they should not be offered. I rearranged my work schedule and canceled a medical appointment based on the expectation that my scheduled appointment would be respected. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.

My review is not designed to disrespect the workers here whatsoever, I didn't catch an attitude after I was rejected my package request. This is a policy issue with fed ex. If clients have supporting evidence that's confirms sensitive information entailing their order, it should be considered verifiable so they can receive their package. I'm clearly stating the policy issue hurting clients more than helping. I've had bad experiences in the past: one being in some cases fed drivers inaccurately put incorrect reasons why a package is not able to be delivered. People as myself travel a far way, speak to so many people, do get rejected when there's enough supporting verifiable documentation is harming the quality experiences. It makes me not want to do business that have fed ex as a carrier, it's not anger this is strictly business. Hope their policies improve so customers aren't burdened with waisting valuable time that should be avoided.
