I explained that I had a full schedule of back-to-back meetings and had already canceled my doctor's appointment so I could return later if necessary. Despite explaining my situation, she refused to accommodate me. I returned at 11:00 a.m. and ended up waiting approximately two hours before my fingerprints were finally taken. While I was waiting, I asked Imelda if the person who takes fingerprints had arrived. She replied, "That's me," and explained that she hadn't been able to take me earlier because she needed to help other clients. I understand that other customers also need assistance, but I was a customer with a scheduled appointment. If appointments cannot be honored, then they should not be offered. I rearranged my work schedule and canceled a medical appointment based on the expectation that my scheduled appointment would be respected. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.

It was 5 PM on a Friday and most print shops in the area were closed but I found B-Printing. We made our way over to their location and were met with the exact energy we needed in our time of need. Their team had never done an envelope liner before but by the next day they had 5 samples for us to approve for production. They even found the same color paper to match our envelopes! As if this wasn't enough, they went above and beyond by finishing our order by today Sunday as I'm typing this review up. They don't open on Sunday's but they kept their promise to us and we can now finish our wedding invites. I cannot express how much we appreciate them.
