I left my house for an interview without a copy of my resume. Luckily I was able to find Copy City was open at 8am. I went in at 8am and was promptly helped when I told them about my situation. They helped me get on a computer right away and got my resume printed. They even offer fancy resume paper! Their speediness made sure I got to my interview on time! A+ service. Today I paid for use of the internet for one hour and 40 Xerox black and white copies for $.20 cents each or $8.00. The price of $2.00 per every 15 minutes or $8.00 is reasonable; however, when Denise asked me how many copies were made per my count and her request to count, she told me, "you were more busier than that." I asked her are you implying that I have more copies than I am paying for? She did not respond. I didn't appreciate her comment and I promptly paid for my services at the counter. She should had counted them herself. What an unprofessional employee or owner. Otherwise, the Copy Center is in a good location because other businesses and restaurants are in the neighborhood. read more

This mail box service is worst the cow manure. I've had several of my package lost in the last two months. When I ask the two employees and the manager regarding my missing packages they actually attempted to blame my for the lost of mail and packages. The manager and employees are rude and disrespectful to customers and the elderly. I've seen them lie to customers regarding paying for their mailbox then blame the customer for not paying because they didn't keep up to date records. This service SUCKS and I hightly recommend that NO ONE have anything to do with this small business. read more

I said no but thank you as I needed someone right away and was hung up on before I could finish. I was referred to Copy City by some of my church members who advised me that Copy City offers reasonable prices, and quality work. At the time, I was working on a large file (too big to email) and as I was reviewing my work, I noticed a few minor changes that I wanted to make. As I was driving down Crenshaw and had my flash drive with me, I stopped by Copy City to see if I could make the changes there. The young man working the front desk was quite friendly and led me to one of their computers to make the changes. Needless to say, the friendliness of the man at the counter, coupled with the fact that Copy City is a "small business", that's where I elected to have my printing done. I came here to use the computer, and check my sisters po box. The young man working there was very attentive, helpful, and acknowledged everyone that walked in! He also helped me figure out how to use Microsoft Word to make flyers. He did a great job considering he was by himself that morning. What a great multitasker! There is not enough space or time to adequately express how abundantly satisfied I am with my recent experience with Copy City, and particularly with the owner, Denise, and her Graphic Designer- I think his name is Tim. Sadly the reason I sought out this business was the need to have the program for a memorial service of a close family member designed and printed. After having gone to a different company I was left feeling the other companies examples seemed unprofessional and lacked elegance. A church member recommend Copy City. Part of the difficulty was I really didn't know what I wanted. During my initial consultation with Denise, I was direct in saying, " I can only tell you what I don't want." I didn't want something that looked like a page from an old yearbook, I didn't want a bunch of clouds, and bells, and miscellaneous items that looked like they were from an old design. Denise was very patient, sat with me for a couple of hours, teasing out enough information to put an idea in place. When I saw the finished product I was very overjoyed. It was elegant, captured the spirit and essence of my family member and was just beautiful. Oh, I should also mention that we were somewhat pressed for time. Both Denise and Tim burned the midnight oil for a super fast turn around in getting the job done. My family and I were more than pleased with the finished product and their price was competitive. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Copy City. Don't let the small size of the shop fool you. These folks get the job done right. read more

I recently returned to copy center because I had already done some work before regarding Notary. She may not be equipped to handle ALL trades! First I had to sit and wait for 45 minutes, then was interrupted by another patron because she did the prior job incorrectly, I had to wait another 20 minutes for that. Second when it was time for her to do my notary she starts off that she did not feel right about how the notary process, and how it worked, and she turned me away with no definitive reason other than...I just don't feel right and I have too much going on. Sad to say she lost my business and I will not refer her to any of my clients for any of their copy needs unless they have two hours to spare!!!! read more
