Malgré mon "avance" (fermé a 13h30 c'est tôt) a 12h20 déjà une grande queue. 35 minutes d'attente plus tard debout au soleil (oui il est revenu) j'atteins le Graal. Il est beau mais "petit", il est effectivement plutôt bon, mais je m'attendait a un peu mieux. La viande hachée est très moelleuse car peu cuite et hachée fin, elle est bonne mais peu goûteuse. Meilleure dans certains notamment a base de black angus. Le pain est léger est très bon, les ingrédients de qualité. Par,contre niveau prix on est très bon! 7 euro tous les Burgers et les menus sont intéressant contrairement aux a côté, boisson, dessert, salade... Après cette longue queue pas de frites, machine en panne, je pourrais pas le prononcer et c'est bien dommage j'étais aussi venu pour ça. J'aurai donc miss 3 étoiles mais le final mériterait peut être 5! Et pourquoi Ben pas pour la gouaille le sourire et la sympathie de Damien, ni le beau camion, c'est grâce au nouveau dessert! Je suis fan... c'est une tuerie (et si vous me connaissez, chui pas du genre a employé ces mots), mais qu'est ce donc le cinnamon roll! It was a success, sir! This burger (Sympathy for the Devil) had the correct amount of spice and was absolutely delicious. I'm still not 100% sure about the veg patty though. But the chefs are working on this! We talked a little bit about it today and I'm excited to keep trying any new or updated recipes. Keep up the good work, guys! Four stars still - I have to give you something to work towards! ;) Oh also - my husband got the same burger but the regular kind with meat and, again, was very pleased. Only this time he was pleased with the level of spice as well. In conclusion - go there, order a burger. And if you want it spicy, make sure they know you want it actually spicy!

I loved the burgers, loved the fries, loved the people. I always got the bacon burger, because that's how I roll, and it was YUM. The fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned. Their sauces were made in-house (I liked the mayo better than the ketchup). I was always met with a warm welcome, and after only one visit, they still remembered who I was when I went in a second time weeks later. When I moved up to Croix-Rousse, I was burger deprived - the food truck didn't stop nearby, and St. Paul was a long trek down the hill. When I finally came back down the hill one day to satiate my burger craving, the boutique was closed *tear* So it's been awhile, because no matter where the truck was parked, it always seemed to be far away! However, it seems they're not far from my new job at least one day a week = I'll have to give them another try and see if they've held up the original standards of deliciousness. En gros: Burger delicieux. Plus de boutique à Saint Paul?!
