I'd recommend this place to try a unique take on a burger. But the real reason I am writing a review is because we saw the waitress stick her bare hand into the ice machine as she was making drinks at least a dozen times. This was done after serving food and taking credit card and cash payments. And she never washed her hands. If we spoke the same language I would have said something to her. It was extremely unappetizing. Beware of this health hazard!

The complimentary bread and olive spread was delivered, and so delicious. We ordered a salad with shaved truffles, wine, the steak with roasted potatoes, and pistachio dessert. The steak was soooo flavorful and well worth every bite! I highly recommend eating here a few times if staying at the spa. The food is seasonal, and the chefs do pick fresh produce from their two gardens on site.

They have a very good wine menu with local wines but if you prefer wines from other regions they have that. The salmon I ordered came served on bed of polenta with fresh veggies and nicely grilled leek. There wa an excellent veggie sauce. The salmon itself was excellent. Very much enjoyed the dish. The wife ordered a pasta with veggies. The mushrooms especially were superb. I was full after eating my dish but had to eat some of of hers it was so good. Finally we got an excellent tiramisu served with a side of chocolate crumbles and vanilla ice cream. I see most of the reviews are for lunch but i highly recommend staying in town and giving this a try'. There are fancier places with higher ratings if you want to spend double the amount not sure it would be twice as good
