She greets everyone and I saw a couple of interactions with regulars, nothing gives me more comfort when visiting a place than when I see regulars coming and visiting a place while I'm there. The food is mostly snacks and coffees, so tapas and things of the sort. The small empanadas are great, they were tasty and warm. The tortilla is also very good but in the salty side because of the chorizos and the mushrooms they contain. I unfortunately did not take any pics because I was hungry. The coffees are yummy and very traditional. They offer all kinds of non dairy mills and you could just choose the one you want but that is becoming standard in Madrid nowadays. I do recommend Bistró Del Teatro for a light snack in the morning or in the middle of the afternoon in between meals to recharge and keep going around Madrid.
