Overall the pizza was probably great for a French style did not at all match up to our experiences Italy. Both styles are very thin pizza house but the French crust taste like it has too much baking soda in it. It lacks that slightly chewiness and the dough does not at all showing any signs of being raised. Also the cheeses not as good. I did have an egg on top of my pizza which was quite tasty. My mother-in-law and wife had a seafood salad. It looked good but probably was not quite as fresh asAs some of the other places we have had seafood in the south of France.
