The owner, Michelangelo, stopped by the table to greet us and in return my friend gifted him a $140 Cohiba cigar. I told her she wasn't attentive the whole time so don't rush me to make my payment. She told me she had been very busy. I said I noticed she was very attentive to all her other customers.
