We returned a few days later early in the morning and met the owner, Melanie Roumanille, who taught us about the art of cheese making! This Fromagerie is one of Saint-Remy's best kept secrets and a must see when visiting the area. Their products are all made in-house including fabulous ice cream, yogurts, milk, and of course cheese. They also have a great variety of local fresh products: eggs, spices, olive oil, and you can take some ice cream home. The prices are fair and the products are the best around. If you want to learn about dairy farms, cheese making, yogurt, etc. then bring the entire family and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
