It's a 4 star hotel but is the best place to stay in Megeve. Centrally located with easy access to…read morethe ski gondola, shops, restaurants and road. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and our loved our Jr Suite. Very spacious and well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's the only place is stay in downtown Megeve. We also stayed at Alpaga which is also beautiful (4.5 stars) but is out of town.

Yes it is still rustic but the rooms are large bathrooms not too small....and it ain't a Hostel with 100 crazy frenchmen nor a Refugio high in the mountains without heat or running water. Great views from the rooms. Excellent hearty meals. Perfect location in Les Contamines. Would highly recommend.

Rooms were clean and had patios, service was friendly. There's a nice little outdoor patio with lounge chairs and tables. It's a beautiful area to just sit and look at the flowers or have a drink.
